The weather is slowly changing and so is the mood. We love this time of year. Fall makes us feel cozy. It’s sweater season, you can indulge in a daily pumpkin spice latte, and there’s signs everywhere you should just stay inside with a quilt and a good book. Fall makes it difficult to stay motivated to workout even though it is the most pleasant time of the year to get outside and break a sweat. Fall is the perfect season for outdoor fitness.
