- All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of the original shipment date. All items returned after 30 days will be given store credit. Items cannot be returned past 90 days.
- Please email [email protected] should you want to make an exchange. Exchanges will be processed once the returned item is received. Returned item shipping is paid for by the customer, however the exchanged item will receive free shipping once exchange is processed.
- All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unopened/sealed condition.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Cosmetics, hair and skin products are final sale.
- Swimwear can only be exchanged for store credit due to public sanitation laws.
- Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20% restocking fee.
- Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as LoveSurf is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
