Not only does it protect delicate skin from the sun, it does it without any harmful chemicals. This is a great sunscreen for those with uber-sensitive skin. The recipe is easy to follow and has everything that you need to make these little sunscreen bars without the toxins that are found in over the counter brands. Ingredients ½ cup shea butter 5 Tbsp beeswax ½ cup coconut oil 2 Tbsp Zinc Oxide ½ tsp vitamin E oil ¾ tsp essential oil (citrus oils increase photosensitivity so do not use those – We used lavender) Directions Combine the shea butter, coconut oil and beeswax in a glass bowl placed over a hot pot of water or use a double boiler.
